A visual building intercom system and method utilizing 5G communication technology

This invention pertains to the field of building communication technology and discloses a visual building intercom system applying 5G communication technology, comprising: a fixed call module, a call detection module, a 5G communication module, a communication hold module, a mobile receiving module and a trust personnel information recording and storage module. The fixed call module is used to input the mobile phone number of the person to be called, thereby enabling the designated user to be called. After the call connection is established, a conversation can be conducted with the user. The visual building intercom system disclosed by this invention calls the user by inputting the resident's mobile phone number, establishing a link between the system and the user's mobile phone, thereby completing the call to the user, avoiding the traditional situation where the resident's room number is input to call the resident, and when the resident is not at home, the call cannot be made to the resident, and the resident cannot respond to the call personnel in time. Additionally, when personnel use this system to call the resident, they will temporarily suspend the call and detect the call.
